This kit helps build the major techniques and movements that promote fielding quickness, control and precision. The Reaction Ball mimics the unpredictability of a ball when it leaves the bat, challenging players to move quickly and track it's path. Softhands forces players to rely on good technique in order to gain control of the ball. The Lateral Resistor and Shoe Weights make both drills more challenging while also building the strength needed for quick and precise lateral movements.
