As a coach, you always find ways to better your players. This is the perfect thing to work on hitting to all fields. There are mechanics you need to learn and sometimes tossing the ball doesn't allow for consistent placement whereas this tee will let you set it up on any part of the plate you want to work on. This tee was great, I love how it's easy to take it with you and how you can change the position of the tee. My son loves to play softball and he had so much fun using this tee to practice his swinging skills. This is also great because it's adjustable so he can easily adjust the height as he grows.
