Perfect replacement of ball and arm assembly and easy to take old arm off and put the new one on

Poor customer service

I have not yet received the product I ordered weeks ago. So kinda funny they ask me to submit a review. If they were as concerned about getting the product out as they were as getting a review they would probably get a better review

Did not come with complete arm like in imagine

Did not come with complete arm like in imagine and customer service does not anwser there email!!!!!!!!!! Thought they where a good company but evidently i was wrong! Tha is for nothing just a broken worthless machine

The pard did not come with everything in the picture. I reach out to support and they said that it is not supposed to!?
