Did not come with complete arm like in imagine

Did not come with complete arm like in imagine and customer service does not anwser there email!!!!!!!!!! Thought they where a good company but evidently i was wrong! Tha is for nothing just a broken worthless machine

Awful service responses

It’s 4/25/25 I’m getting this survey request over 1 year after purchase. I specifically asked for a part replacement for a piece that broke off of the tool. Never got it, never got a response to my requests and the part pictured above does not fix my issue. Useless.
