The SKLZ Reactive Agility Coach helps athletes improve reaction time by combining mental and physical training. The digital coach utilizes four illuminated colored numbers that can be seen from a distance to help mimic game time decisions and train quick thinking during practice. When visual and audible cues are combined during training, athletes are forced to think and react quickly to develop Athletic Intelligence™ and improve their game day performance. Randomized training requires athletes to adjust on the fly to make split-second decisions, simulating in-game moments. Multiple reaction time speed settings can be activated through the included remote control to illuminate numbers on a timed interval or one at a time. Better manage the chaos of sport and become a more well-rounded player. Exclusive online content designed by certified trainers is included to take your solo or team training to the next level. My only restriction is my own imagination

I use this for private soccer lessons. Initially for speed and agility but quickly adapted it to pretty much anything. Don’t restrict yourself. In my most recent lesson I had one pad/number lead to a ladder drill, another to a dribbling exercise, another to a passing exercise and the last one to a shot at goal. All quick short exercises. Once set up, all my focus can go to technique (first touch, body shape etc). The kids love it and the parents all ask about it. Best assistant I’ve had.
