Made with comfortable stretch fabric, the Pro Knit Mini Band was built to stay in place during any training movement, plus it won’t pinch or pull skin.
The Pro Knit Mini Band can be used in a variety of ways for many different types of workouts. Use for upper body or lower body resistance training or for a pre-workout warmup. The bands are typically to be worn around the ankles for longer stride movements and can also be placed around the arms for shoulder activation.
Built with a strong, durable fabric, the bands hold up through countless workouts, warmups, and cool downs. After a sweaty workout, the fabric is also machine washable and easy to clean.
