Uniquely designed, the four fully adjustable arms allow users to perform a variety of drills to better their ball control, speed with dribble, plyometrics, and agility. Both players and coaches will receive immediate feedback on movements and be able to mimic on-court dynamics against defenders. The Dribble Stick measures 36” high and features an aircraft aluminum center post with a heavy post for stability; the trainer includes four dribble arms and a drills guide.
