Elite Mini Band

The Elite Mini Bands are an ideal training tool for upper and lower body resistance training. Built with large 12”x3” premium latex for enhanced comfort that helps to minimize pinching or pulling and adds more durability to hold up through tough workouts. The resistance bands assist in effectively increasing difficulty of standard exercise movements to help develop strength, mobility and improve proper form standards. Typically used for lateral movement exercises, hip and glute activation, and shoulder stabilization, the bands can add a versatile element to your workout. They are also great for warming up and activating muscles before exercising. Their 3” width can make them a great tool for physical therapists to utilize for rehabilitation, particularly in the lower joints like ankles and knees. The Elite Mini Bands are a portable and versatile training tool that can be used anywhere and packed in any bag. They are available in three different resistance levels of 12, 18, and 24 lbs.
