The Hurricane Category 4 maintains the snap-back action of the original Hurricane with a sleeker design, additional power band (4 total) for fast-back action, and a high visibility impact head. Designed for baseball or softball swing training, the Hurricane Category 4 allows batters to develop swing power, technique and speed with a stationary or moving target.

Personal outlook from a coaches view

I bought the hurricane category 4 for the baseball team I help coach. It has improved the players so well with just 1 week of practicing with it. The kids have realizing how not to swing up or down but just swing level. It has made a big enough impact on some of the kids, that some of them finally got there first hits of the season instead of striking out. Super impressed with the product 👏. Wish I would have bought one before the season started.

Great Batting Device

I bought the Hurricane 4 for my 9 year old Grandson. He loves it. He takes tons of swings by himself when his Dad / Coach is not around. It allows him to get a lot of swings in in a short amount of time. It is amazing what 100 swings per day will do for a 9 year old who enjoys doing it. Also provides instant feedback on a good swing / good contact and sets him up for the next swing in a matter of seconds. It is also being used by his traveling team as one of the hitting stations during a practice and also as a way to get 20-25 swings in before a game. Well worth the investment. Easy to set up and take down. Very durable and sturdy. Currently uses only 1 of the bands for resistance but I am guessing 2nd band is not to far into the future.
