Pro Training Agility Poles are ideal for soccer players of all ages and levels. These training poles are built to work on grass, turf, and courts , and feature a telescoping design that allows you and your team to use them for different phases of training and practice. The poles telescope to three different height positions – 24”, 45”, and 60”, so you can just them to fit different needs. Their versatility makes the poles ideal for drill practice, setting up practice fields, and using as corner flags for games. The Pro Training Agility Poles come in a set of 8 and their lightweight design makes them easy to use during pre-game warmup or everyday practice.

Just. What we needed

They are quick to set up and pack up. They were just what are team needed for pre game work out!

good concept, wish it was more sturdy

Im giving it a 3 star because these are good, it is a great idea but I wish these would be a bit more sturdy. very first time I used them one of my athletes kicked the soccer ball right in the direction of this and it snapped. (the ball was not kicked hard, it just hit one of the areas that are collapsible). did not like that. I know that these are not to be used as goals and I did not use them as goals, it was a passing sequence.

A Must Have

I bought these at the USC convention in Baltimore this year and have used them non-stop. They allow me to transition seamlessly between drills that I am running. They take up so much less room in my vehicle when I need to transport them. I have one set and i am about to order another.
